Bicester Innovation Centre was opened in 2001 and is located in a thriving business area of Bicester, close to the centre of town. Being located in the centre gives you a flexible, professional and supported environment in which to grow your business.

With just over 9,000 sq ft of office space and offices ranging from 93sq ft up to 1,308sq ft, the centre can provide a home to up to 30 companies located over two floors. The centre also has a selection of conference and meeting rooms for up to 25 delegates and a break out area to create a relaxed environment.

Bicester itself is a historic market town and is benefitting from substantial investment and development in housing, retail and business areas. In particular, North West Bicester has been announced as one of the new eco town locations, designed to achieve zero carbon development and more sustainable living, using the best new design and architecture. Though the town is probably best known for its designer outlet village, Bicester Village, which attracts more than 3 million visitors every year from across the world – it’s hard to find someone who hasn’t been there!

There’s free parking on site and the centre is about 10 minutes from junction 9 of the M40 with access to the A34 and A43. Trains from Bicester run directly to London Marylebone and Birmingham from Bicester North station, which is a short taxi ride away. Bicester Town station services Oxford and surrounding areas.
